Synopsis
The Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP), Executive Office of the President (EOP), is seeking applications from any national nonprofit organization that represents, provides technical assistance and training to, and has special expertise and broad, national-level experience in community anti-drug coalitions. To fully operationalize the NCI, partnership amongst applicants is strongly encouraged.

| Eligible Applicants | Nonprofits having a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education |
| Additional Info on Eligibility: | ONDCP encourages applications from national nonprofit institutions/organizations and strongly encourages applicants to partner with organizations with applicable expertise and experience to fulfill all aspects of the NCI. Applications must demonstrate expertise in youth substance use prevention and broad, national-level experience in community anti-drug coalitions under section 1032 of the National Narcotics Leadership Act of 1988 (21 U.S.C. § 1532). |
