Synopsis

The purpose of the Rural Community Health Support Program cooperative agreement is to develop, deliver, and coordinate nationally available technical assistance that supports community-based organizations and rural health stakeholders serving rural populations to improve and expand delivery and access to quality care for rural communities.

Independent school districts, Nonprofits having a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education, Unrestricted (i.e., open to any type of entity above), subject to any clarification in text field entitled "Additional Information on Eligibility", Nonprofits that do not have a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education, Special district governments, Public and State controlled institutions of higher education, Native American tribal governments (Federally recognized), Native American tribal organizations (other than Federally recognized tribal governments), Private institutions of higher education, State governments, City or township governments, For profit organizations other than small businesses, Small businesses, Others (see text field entitled "Additional Information on Eligibility" for clarification), County governments, Public housing authorities/Indian housing authorities
