Public and State controlled institutions of higher education, Private institutions of higher education, Native American tribal organizations (other than Federally recognized tribal governments), Nonprofits having a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education, Special district governments, Others (see text field entitled "Additional Information on Eligibility" for clarification), Nonprofits that do not have a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education, State governments, City or township governments, County governments, Independent school districts, Native American tribal governments (Federally recognized)

Additional Info on Eligibility:

Eligible organizations include accredited schools of nursing, nursing centers, academic health centers, and domestic public or private non-profit entities entities, such as state and local departments of health, faith-based organizations, community-based organizations, tribes, and tribal organizations.
